Careers at Paradise Cruises.

Paradise Cruises recruits staff on full time contracts. Staffs are grouped into two main streams: Office staffs and Crew members. Applicants to join Paradise should have experience of working in the field for which they are applying or other directly relevant experience.

Office staff

Applicants are normally required to have a university degree as well as a relevant postgraduate specialization, experience at national and/or international level in hospitality or tourism industry.

Generally, we seek applications from candidates in the following fields:

* Foreign language studies
* Accounting and finance
* Human resources
* Marketing & PR
* Sales
* Informatics (IT)
* General administration.

Field staff

Applicants are normally required to have graduated from high school, have the necessary language. In addition, high levels of adaptability and good communication skills are desirable. Candidates should have substantial training and working experience in hospitality before they can be recruited in Paradise Cruises.

Generally, we seek applications from candidates in the following fields:

* Hotel management
* Service (F&B)
* Front office
* Kitchen

Paradise Cruises provides a health insurance and social insurance according to Vietnamese labor codes to all local employees (the staff member pays 6% and the Company 17% based on fixed month salary).
