How do I pay my cruise?
All our quotes are in US Dollars. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express by bank transfers. Payment can also be done by credit card or cash for those living or staying in Vietnam prior the cruise date.
How will I receive my travel documents?
As soon as your booking is confirmed and full payment has been made our reservation team will email you a Cruise voucher. For any more questions please email: info@halongparadisecruises.org and someone of our team will get back to you shortly.
What if need to cancel or change my itinerary?
For all bookings you will need to sign our terms and conditions on our reservation form. This clearly states our cancellation policy. We insist that all our clients have adequate travel insurance that covers them for cancellation and curtailment. Click here to download our terms and conditions.
If you wish to change your check-in date after full payment has been made we will try our best to accommodate any changes but it depends on cabin availability. We therefore take it case by case.
What if I have special needs for the Cruise?
If you have special requirements – for example, if you have a large group or young children, if you are handicapped or have physical limitations, if you have special transportation needs, or if you are vegetarian or have other food allergies or died – please let us know, and we can work with both you to ensure that we can meet your needs. If you require a special diet or if you need to have special food items available aboard ship, please notify it to the reservation service at least one week before the date of the check-in. Special Dietary requests such as salt-free or vegetarian foods should be reconfirmed with the Cruise manager.
How do I pay onboard during the cruise?
All our prices are in local currency (Vietnam Dong - VND) according to the Vietnamese regulation. Upon arrival onboard, we will open an account to charge your consumptions and expenses during the cruise. Bill payment will be done during the check-out time only.
We accept cash (US dollar, Euro and Vietnam Dong) and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Will my hair dryer, razor or appliances work on board?
Vietnamese style electrical sockets are available in all suites. If you have any questions about the appropriate place to plug in shavers, hair dryers, etc., please ask your cabin attendant.
